5. Cookies and measurement
The website stores in your browser your choice in the cookie notice (yoshi_cookie_consent) and its time. Only after your approval is Google Analytics loaded (through Google Tag Manager) to measure use of the website: pages viewed, traffic source, clicks on links and buttons, starting and submitting forms, and scroll depth. The tool identifies the browser with the cookies _ga and _ga_VLVVSSP55C (an online identifier — personal information under the Protection of Privacy Law) and does not receive name, phone, email or form content. The data is transferred to Google servers outside Israel on the basis of your consent (Transfer of Data Regulations, regulation 2(1)). Without approval, or after withdrawing it through the "Cookie settings" link, nothing is loaded and the tool’s cookies are deleted. The website server keeps technical access logs (IP address, browser type, time) for operation and security.
